Kisha Ravi is a Brooklyn-based visuals editor whose practice is shaped by an interdisciplinary approach to image-making and preservation.

Formally trained as a photojournalist, she worked as a photo editor, art director and writer before arriving at the intersection of visuals and technology, driven by the desire to gain more agency over her own creative practice. Her vision is to act as a bridge between the two worlds, facilitating the creation of an alternative one.

Kisha was the research and user experience intern at Visura Media prior to which she served as an assistant photo editor at Rest of World, a New York-based international nonprofit publication that covers stories about technology and its impact outside of the West.

Her work has also appeared in outlets like National Public Radio (NPR) and Visura Media among others.

Kisha holds an MS in Integrated Design and Media from New York University and a BS in Visual Communication (Photojournalism) from Ohio University.
